You can include these spaces in any room of your home showing your child that they are being encouraged to share time with you in your grown-up space too.
A simple way to do this can be to have child size furniture that they can transform from a desk to draw at to a jigsaw table crafting table. Something else that children love is their very own comfy chair, a bean bag, in fun quirky fabric, that they can pull to any corner to read or sit and watch tv is a great idea.
In play rooms, choose fabrics that your child will not outgrow . beautiful fabrics will not ‘date’ allowing the play room to grow with your child from toddlers room to the teen den.
